IoT Router (Teltonika) APN Guide 

If you are having issues getting your Teltonika routers connecting with our SIM, it could be an issue with Auto APN. 

To resolve this please follow the below steps: 

  1. Connecting to the Router:
    • Find the LAN port on your router (labelled LAN).
    • Use an Ethernet cable to connect the LAN port on your router to your computer's network Ethernet port.
    • Important: You'll need to temporarily disable Wi-Fi on your computer and make sure DHCP is enabled. 
  2. Logging In and Setting Up:
    • Open a web browser and input the local IP address that's printed on the router sticker (e.g. 192.168.1.1). 
    • Log in using the default credentials, username and password, that are also printed on the router sticker. 
  3. Configuring Mobile Settings:
    • You can usually just accept the default settings during the setup wizard.
    • When you get to the mobile settings section, turn off auto APN and select and insert the relevant APN from the list below, into the custom APN field.
  4. Completing Setup:
    • Just keep following the prompts on the setup wizard to finish configuring everything.
