Our IoT Team attended the International Technology Enabled Care (ITEC) Conference at the ICC in Birmingham earlier this week.
The move from Analogue to Digital is well underway in the Technology Enabled Care (TEC) sector and this week's ITEC Conference, organised by the TSA, showed just how important the transformation is. Local Authorities and Manufacturers were united in their understanding of the urgent need to upgrade older legacy analogue systems, to newer digital solutions.
Our Key Accounts Manager, Max Stevens, and Adam Fay, Customer Relationship Executive, held a 45-minute panel session, focusing on the best practice of digital installations. The session was attended by over 50 delegates, many of whom have started, or are about to begin, installing digital telecare solutions. The Knowledge & Networking Zone, sponsored by CSL, was at maximum capacity and questions from across the audience demonstrated how eager the sector is to begin the journey to a fully digital telecare world.
Delegates were given an informative insight into the process, improving their knowledge for an efficient and reliable installation. The session was highly interactive, covering various topics which included the following:
What does ‘Digital’ mean for Telecare?
What’s changing with mobile?
How mobile works.
Location, location, location.
Testing for an efficient install.
Resilience.
Shared practical experiences.
Thank you to all those who came to visit the Lounge area and catch up with our TEC experts! Please don’t hesitate to get in touch and discover how CSL could help your business to navigate the transition from analogue to digital.
