Outstanding Customer Service Initiative - Technical Support Initiative
We take pride in being able to provide a best in class service for our customers and currently have 50 full-time employees dedicated to providing 24/7 Technical Support for over 3,000 installation companies. We currently receive 160,000 support requests each year across our phone, email and live chat channels, whilst we also have an NPS score of 86.5 and a customer satisfaction rating of 4.8. Outstanding New Security Product – MiniAir 2
Our latest innovation, launched this year, is MiniAir 2, our single-path signalling solution that utilises a 4G/LTE-M path to send an alarm from a protected premises to an ARC. It comes with a standby SIM as a backup to safeguard your system, if the active SIM fails. Both SIMs operate on an independent network from the other for total resilience. It is designed for both residential and commercial premises as an affordable upgrade from a digital communicator to secure signalling.
The winners will be revealed on Thursday 24th February 2022 at a gala dinner at the Royal Lancaster in London.
