Over the last few months, PSI has encouraged its readers to tell them which products and suppliers are worthy of recognition as the best the industry has to offer. Features, benefits, ease of installation and best service were all factors taken into account when the final list of nominations were decided.
However, the final winner of each category will be decided by votes cast by the industry, so this is where we need YOUR help!
Software/Analytics Product of the Year - My Base App
My Base is CSL’s handy Installer App that allows Installers to configure and test their connected devices. The App was launched alongside the DualCom Pro Range. Following over 100,000 successful installations of DualCom Pro and listening to our Installers feedback, we have innovated the App to offer a greater user experience.
Technological Innovation of the Year - GradeShift Pro 2 Radio + Radio
GradeShift Pro 2 Radio/Radio uses two active 4G WordSIMs, each with their own radio module, one as the primary and one as the secondary path. A third standby SIM acts as a backup to the primary SIM on the primary path. GradeShift Pro 2 LAN/Radio uses LAN connectivity for its primary path and a 4G WorldSIM as its secondary path. A standby WorldSIM is also supplied.
PSI is also calling for votes of who the industry believes should win the award for best Technical Support Provider of the Year.

We currently receive 160,000 support requests each year across phone, email and live chat channels and the average wait time for answering calls is currently 0.43 seconds (95%). We also have an NPS score of 86.5 and a customer satisfaction rating of 4.8. As a result, we have achieved a rating of 4.9 on Google Reviews with close to 200 reviews to date.
