Installers can remotely conduct test alarms in real-time to verify system functionality and troubleshoot any potential issues before they escalate into bigger problems. This proactive approach minimises downtime and ensures your customers' security systems remain in top working order.

Use the signal quality check to help you position the aerial for optimal network coverage and signal quality. We recommend minimum signal quality is: OK, and strength: 3 or above.
