Diamond Point is an independent CCTV & Alarm Receiving Centre, providing services to both the UK & Ireland network of registered Installers. For many years, they have been using CSL’s trusted Connectivity and Alarm Signalling products.

THE PRODUCT

The CSL Routers offered Diamond Point fast 4G Connectivity for the rapid deployment of CCTV on sites where there was little or no existing broadband. Where the existing broadband service was available, Diamond Point could also utilise the CSL Router with End Point Configuration to encrypt and protect their customer’s data as well as providing a back-up 4G service via the CSL SIM. This variant of the CSL Router can upgrade any existing broadband service to an Instant Private Network, providing a GDPR-ready solution that requires no firewall configuration for quick installations.

THE ROLLOUT

CSL worked closely with Diamond Point throughout the swap out of their legacy routers. CSL Routers are supplied pre-configured for a fast installation and minimal disturbance on site. This was particularly important as some sites had little or no IT infrastructure available. Diamond Point’s CCTV base now benefits from an advanced 4G service, providing immediate and reliable connectivity, in place of the existing service that was failing. Users can also remotely access and view images on their CCTV DVR/NVR via an App.

Diamond Point now exclusively supply CSL Routers. By swapping out their legacy estate, Diamond Point were able to take advantage of CSL's full support package and offer customers a managed service. A great partnership has been formed and Diamond Point are looking forward to continuing to work closely with CSL.
