Who Are CSL Looking For?
- You are responsible for following up and processing new requests from prospects or existing customers
- We are looking for an Inside Sales employee for our sales department, who wants to promote our products and services.
- We are looking for a colleague who enjoys working in a smaller team of four in our office building located in the centre of Roermond.
Duties & Responsibilities:
This role will encompass a range of responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups
- Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
- Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information via calls and emails
- Providing technical support for various CSL IoT platforms
- Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services
- Maintaining and improving the database of prospects
- Researching for new leads
- Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
- Upselling products and services
- Supporting our account managers
- You take care of the administrative handling
Key Skills & Qualifications Sought:
- You are available for 32 to 40 hours a week; Roermond office / Hybrid
- Meeting sales goals
- Prospecting skills
- Building relationships
- Motivation for sales
- Strong interest in and ability to learn new technologies;
- Commercial skills for gaining customer trust, advising, persuading and negotiating;
- Good communication skills in Dutch and English.
