We zijn blij te kunnen mededelen dat vanaf maart 2021, de nieuwe DualCom Pro Range nu als losse hardware te bestellen is bij zowel CSL Benelux als een groot aantal Particuliere Alarmcentrales (PAC) in de Benelux.
Bestel de DualCom Pro hardware producten en activeer het abonnement pas wanneer u een unit daadwerkelijk koppelt aan uw PAC. Het abonnement, waaronder de airtime én toegang op afstand via de My Base App, kan op elk gewenst moment worden geactiveerd bij uw PAC. Dit voorkomt onmiddellijke abonnementskosten, veelvoudig bestellen van losse units en geeft u de mogelijkheid om met een voorraad te werken. U koppelt de hardware achteraf gemakkelijk aan het abonnement door het serienummer te koppelen aan de Connectie-ID in ons nieuw CSL Live portaal.
De DualCom Pro Range biedt installateurs een eenvoudigere en snellere installatie van professionele alarmtransmissiesystemen met nog hogere betrouwbaarheid. De nieuwe producten zijn verkrijgbaar als Single Path via 4G of LAN (DigiAir Pro) en als Dual Path optie via 4G/4G of LAN/4G (GradeShift Pro).
GradeShift Pro is onze Dual Path oplossing die gebruik maakt van een combinatie van twee 4G-paden of van een 4G- en een LAN-pad om een alarm te versturen. Een derde stand-by WorldSIM wordt standaard meegeleverd en dient als back-up. DigiAir Pro is onze Single Path oplossing die gebruik maakt van een 4G- of LAN-pad om een alarm te versturen. De 4G variant wordt bovendien geleverd met een stand-by SIM die als back-up dient om uw systeem te beveiligen. Beide SIM's opereren op een onafhankelijk netwerk van elkaar voor maximale betrouwbaarheid.
De nieuwe DualCom Pro Range wordt ondersteund door CSL Live en de My Base App. Dit zijn onmisbare tools die u de mogelijkheid geven om al uw aangesloten DualCom Pro apparaten veilig te monitoren en configureren, de live status van de apparaten in uw database te bekijken en eventuele problemen preventief te identificeren. De My Base App biedt een eenvoudige verbinding aan installateurs om het wijzigingen snel en eenvoudig aan te brengen in de configuratie.
De My Base App is een onmisbare tool die u de mogelijkheid geeft om al uw aangesloten DualCom Pro apparaten te configureren en te testen. Stuur testmeldingen, bekijk de beschikbaarheid en houdt zo de controle. De My Base App is compatibel met de DigiAir Pro en GradeShift Pro.

We are pleased to announce that from March 2021, the new DualCom Pro Range will be available to order Hardware-Only from both CSL Benelux and a large number of Alarm Centres in the Benelux. Order the DualCom Pro hardware products and only activate the subscription when you want to connect a unit to your Alarm Centre. The subscription, including the airtime and remote access via the My Base App, can be activated afterwards at your Alarm Centre. This avoids immediate subscription costs, multiple orders of separate units and allows you to work with a stock. You can easily connect the hardware to the subscription afterwards by linking the serial number to the Connection ID in our new CSL Live portal.
The DualCom Pro Range offers installers an easier and faster installation of professional alarm transmission systems with even higher reliability. The new products are available as Single Path via 4G or LAN (DigiAir Pro) and as Dual-Path option via 4G/4G or LAN/4G (GradeShift Pro).

The new DualCom Pro Range is supported by CSL Live and the My Base App. These are indispensable tools that allow you to securely monitor and configure all your connected DualCom Pro devices, view the live status of the devices in their database and preventively identify any problems. The My Base App provides a simple connection for installers to make changes to the configuration quickly and easily.
