Panel Troubleshooting

  • After configuring the Honeywell Flex, we recommend powering it down for 10-15 seconds before powering it back up. Sometimes, the configuration is not accepted until the panel is rebooted.
  • If required, set repeated test calls in 56.1.1.1.4.3
  • For UDL ensure the latest RSS software is installed
  • If the panel is showing “line fault” make the following changes
    • 56.3.1.1 - set PSTN Fail to Disabled
    • 56.3.2.1.1 - set GSM Line Fail to Disabled
    • 56.3.2.2.3 - set GPRS Line Fail to Disabled

Panel Limitations

  • Rebooting the DualCom Pro, when not in Engineering Mode, will cause an “Unconfirmed Tamper Alarm” to be delivered to the ARC and will alarm at the keypad. Enter the manager code to clear the alarm.
  • Routine Remote Inspection (RRI) is not available
  • Reverse SIA commands are not available
